This started back in April2. We recevied a demand letter from this company Pushpin. AApparently they bought out a comapny called Leasing Financing Group who leased out credit card machines. Back then we had a business and has since in 2002 filed for bankruptsy. To this date after phone calls and letters to please contact bankruptsy attorney they have not so far left them thier phone number. My attorney advised dont pay cause original company was listed on the filing and the statute of limitations has run out. That if I paid or anyone did they would open a can of worms. The attorney did say if they reported the inforamation to the credit reporting agency then we would have recouse for a suit.
I have also made a complaint on this company to the Attorney General of California on this company. Unknown what they can do but I thought to give it a shot. Thank you all for listening
