My Daughter had been playing this game for almost 2 years and had been buying up a lot of the things on offer. She claimed her account got hacked which it did, but she was able to get onto the hackers account to get all of her things back, which Smallworlds counts as 'Phishing' The annoying thing is this company has no contact number and emails are replied to in about 2months from the sent date and they are normally automated system emails and don't take into consideration the situation. The company then wont give the account back and we contacted them via email after a year had passed after she was banned and had an automated reply. This is an out rage and if the company want to 'ban' people from playing their game then they shouldn't offer things on the game for real money. I think if the company do not return my account legal actions are going to have to be taken.
