In October I did a trial of the Bodytrim system for A$0.49. I decided not to continue with the product and asked that they not take the next amount of A$21.67 out. Unfortunately the company didn't stop and have taken A$21.67 and random times for since then. Sometimes it is twice in a month and then nothing for 3-4 months.
Attempts to contact the company failed when they said they had no record of me at all. Today I finally got onto someone who could find me and says she has stopped any further deductions - and I will get a refund of A$21.67 because that payment was taken today.
