Consumer Report

I applied for a personal loan. They said I was approved but had to pay the first month in advance. I was told to get a Geen Dot Voucher but instead got a Secured Visa Card. They took the money and then never sent my money. Now they tell me that the FTC is holoding it up for back taxes which is of course nonsense. I am reporting this to the GreenDot people though they do not seem to care but also reporting this to VISA Fraud Team and the Oak Brook IlL, Police. The phone number is 630 847 2963 which I believe is a Cell Phone. I am going to call the carriers in that area to report this as well.
