I ordered prada sunglassss and before placing my order I called to confirm they had them in stock which they said yes. 3 weeks later still no glasses in mail and come to find out they were shipping them from Italy / another vendor, 2 weeks later the wrong pair showed up and I called them up and spoke with Danielle and she opened a claim for me to send them back. I had to pay for shipping and insurance on may 3 which is unacceptable and I have called every week and just found out today 6-19-13 that they never received them and an e-mail stating to contact fed-ex for my insurance $. Fed ex says they were delivered and signed by Tony which they claim to not have received. What a big waste of time and money, I hope these people get what they deserve! Sooo pissed off
