I was looking for a lender for real estate. I received the same exact as the others on here from Jim Keyes. He asked me to send 700 for insurance and 1215 for the transfer. I have yet to see my money saying the government has is on hold for a tax clearance, yet no government offices know of a tax clearance! Please help or send me to who can help. My loan was suppose to be for $55,000. Thank you
