I recieved my order and made acomplaint that it did't work properly as it was spposed to require an initial windup and the with my arm movement it would wind itself, when I emailed them they volentiered to send me a replacement and after all this time when I contacted them they said I would hear from them from 2-3 days. I'm making this complaint because I hear that reply over & over & over. Their phone # is
