I order two free samples, if I were just to pay the shipping charges. One was for 4.95, the other shipping charge was for 5.95 (but I got charged for 9.95). I did not receive sample sizes, but full size products - which I have not opened, and 14 days later was charged 93.00 and 99.00 for items I have had for less than a week. Items came in separate brown boxes, no return address, no invoice or shipping paperwork of any sort. I didn't get an order confirmation email so that I had anyway to contact this company. Very bad business. I want my money back! I bought a sample, I didn't join a club! When you go to place an order for a FREE SAMPLE it takes you to a separate page with no disclaimer/agreement on it.
