I also ordered a free trial which I only had to pay cost of postage, I have just been billed for 159.98 I have emailed this company with no luck. As I didn't receive the product until after the 14 days cancelled time they refuse to let me cancel with a full refund, I finally managed to speak to someone in America I could barely understand her and she spent most of the phone call trying to sell me other products, which obviously I do not want, I have offered to send the product back saying I tried to cancel with no luck, after a 15 minute phone call which didn't seem to be getting anywhere I am no better off I have got a cancellation code, but have not been let off this payment (I have no received anything other the trial product I have never received 159.98 worth of anything)
What can I do?
