URG is a collection agency that represents itself as a Private Investigator. They threaten you with a violation code 3104-2B, and a subpoena that they will deliver to you within 2hours from the phone call you receive. When ask if they are a collection company, they say no they are a PI company. They called my house, my daughters home and my sons place of work with this urgent phone call. All in the same day, possibly may have cost my son his job. They falsely identified themselves and I believe used tactics that are illegal in the State of CA.
