I sent my anti ageing creams back to them explaining that were unsuitable and made my skin itch p p 7 50 but they have not acknowledge me and have charged my account with amount 19 95 so I am paying for nothing at all, I did explain to
to them that I was Ill when the creams came and this caused a little delay in sending them back and apologised but it is ridiculous to charge so much a fine would have been more fairer. I am a pensioner and this is a lot of money for me to pay when the trial size was only 3.99 to try hoping you can resolve this for me and there a lot of people in the same situation I have my proof of posting for any one to see but I think Israel is a long way to send anything I have tried emailing several times over the the last month but they said no valid address so finding this page is the first break I have had.
