I purchased Green Coffee capsules (3 bottles) for $99. Then 28 days later I received an e-mail stating that a fee of $9.79 had been charged to my credit card and would continue as a monthly fee. I called to stop the monthly fee and to return the unused capsules. My call was on the 30th day after receiving the product and it was stated in the agreement that I should notify them within 30 days if I wanted a refund. They refused to grant me a refund because it would take 5 to 10 days for the product to be returned to them and they wouldn't receive it withing the 30 days so they couldn't refund my money.
