As with previous complaints, I too have been charged a monthly credit card fee of $9.45. The original receipt says that I can cancel this subscription anytime by calling or emailing [email protected].
The email I received has informed me I must call only. I live in Australia and as with previous complaints, very difficult to phone the USA to this customer service dept. If this is not resolved I will be cancelling my credit card, as the bank says this is the only way to stop the direct debit occurring.
