I got a quotation from Alva Aill at Sing-Bang. Was given an HSBC account to make a payment. The HSBC account was for another company called DABY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED which after checking I found out was a new company based in Hong Kong. When I asked Alva Aill for an explanation on why the money was being deposited in a company with a different name he told me they were sister companies set up for tax purposes. I asked for certificates of incorporation for Sing-Bang for which he sent me copies. Satisfied he was genuine I deposited the amount into the HSBC account. For 5 days there was no feedback on the goods which supposedly were going to be sent by DHL. He after a while he replied to advise the package had been confisticated by customs in China. He said he had now sent goods by
China Post. He gave me a long email apology and a reference tracking number which on checking did not yield any results. When asked to provide proof of posting he did not respond. Efforts to get a response or refund were fruitless. The goods were never received. The telephone numbers he provided did not exists hence I was left with nothing. Another fraud.
