Im Having the same problem, i had an email to day saying i will be charged £79.99 from Natural Cleanse. I phoned my bank and they confirmed two payments about to come out, the second £79.98. Unfortunately i couldn’t stop it. Straight away i phoned Natural Cleanse 0800 011 9520 UK at first the woman said i wasn’t allowed a refund, then only 50% because i had already had the pills. I hadn’t received these so i then had to argue and repeatedly ask for the manager before she allowed a full refund. The woman also denied me having a liposlim account and refused a refund. I then said if i don’t have an account why is money coming out of my bank!? She took my card number then found the account and gave me a full refund for this to. It took a lot of arguing but i got there in the end.:)
