I went to a website claiming Toms Outlet. Www.tomsus.org. The address included toms outlet. When I checked out and provided my card number, I received an error message saying Confirmation had been rejected. I didnt receive a email. I went back to the toms outlet website and it showed I still had an item in my cart.
