My son had taken the online pre-test. Following the initial passing score he received a phone call from a "Frank". I am a certified teacher here in Oklahoma and advised my son to research the company and inquire if they were actually accredited with the USDE... He could not get a straight yes or no answer and was getting the run around. My son stated, "Okay then", and hung up. Immediately the phone rang and it was this person he had spoke to. I answered and explained my position and relationship to my son. I specifically asked the same question, is this company accredited with the USDE. This person commenced to tell me to tell my son never to hang up on a "counselor" again and that he would guarantee that my son would not pass any other high school diploma test for the next 6 months! EXCUSE ME? Who do these people think they are?
Show me your credentials as professionals and quit giving people vague, run around answers.
