Flexable hose was ordered on april 24 at a cost of $35.93 including shipping and handling, and the order was received approximately two weeks later. One of the two hoses burst on june 10, and upon calling the company (phone number 993-287-5160) we were told the $19.95 purchase price would be refunded or the defective hose would be replaced under the 60 day warranty.in either case, the defective product would has to be shipped back at an estimated of at least $10.00, the net result being something less than $10.00 in the refunded amount. We've decided to forego incurring that additional shipping cost after reading comments on the scambook website.
