My complaint is exactly the same almost verbatum. This company is really a piece of work. When I initially called and cancelled the product they should have advised me at that time that they would continue to charge the $9.47 a month for what they call trim trainer. That never happened and it wasn't until I contacted them again and was told trim trainer is a customer service. This is not a "service" that I ever requested nor was I ever advised of.
