I had a fraudulent charge against my account today and I immediately notified golfsmith, told them they needed to reverse charge and stop any shipment. The said they wouldn't that they have to call FedEx to stop shipment before they do any reversal. They are a very careless company, I asked them to provide the address where shipment was going and they wouldn't provide the info. I am sure that several consumers are getting defrauded by this company. I am filing suit against golfsmith. Their managers are unconcerned and obviously have gone through the routine.
