I ordered a Nikon camera online. The company rep called me and said they needed to verify shipping address. When I complained about the $40 shipping charge he told me he'd throw in a high capacity battery. He never said he was going to charge $140 for it. And to top it off, I got a refurbished camera, not a new one like I ordered. I tied calling them a half dozen times. I only got through to a person once and he put me on hold for two hours. Other times I was hung up on on the phone wasn't answered. I tried disputing with my credit card company (dragged on until May) but I had no proof other than my story. I never sent it back because on their website said it gave you five days after Xmas to return it and then I could never get through to anyone on the phone.
