I was trying to purchase a papillon puppy for 350.00. Then they said I needed to purchase a ventilated crate 675.00 which I did. Then they told me I needed to purchase a refundable insurance which was 2500.00 after I had done that they told me I would have the puppy the next day by 6 pm. Well the next morning they said that the puppy had died. Now they are telling me I need to pay 5000.00 for the refund.
