Within the past several months my card has been hit with fraudulent transactions from the following entities:
Mobiaccs.com
autoexpertstore.com
enjoybyplay.com
activeforward.com
I believe all of these false identities to be interrelated. This can be seen from other scambook entries where they have contacted the phone numbers and reached the same female.
Sites are sparse or non-existent. Domain registration dates are similar.

I've changed my card 3 times in the past 2 years due to similar fraudulent transactions and I suspect it is the same group.
More than likely there is a merchant that has been compromised in my area. There are a finite number of transactions and merchants to sift through. I plan on obtaining and using gift cards to help isolate the offending merchant. That should at least solve part of my problem and give authorities a rabbit trail to follow.
I find it interesting that the credit card companies and processors haven't figured out how to track and stop this fraud. It is always the same pattern; business name involving a website address, overseas registrar, bogus website, minimal trail via google searches, false US based identity, mobile/voip phone numbers, transactions of sub $15.00... Plenty of information to begin building a proper fraud detection system.
