I also have experienced the same concern except I did not sign up for anything. For the last 2 months Mizulean have been deducting 69.95 out of my account and it is really beginning to worry me. I have contacted my bank who said they would block them, however they have carried it out for a third month running. I am now taking legal advice and the bank are taking up a fraud investigation into why this has happened.
Mizulean is a fraudalent company and I would advise anyone to stay well clear of their scam!!!
