USA Credit rip-off! Unauthorized withdrawals from bank account

I have recently been ripped off by USAcredit. I signed up for their card and then they withdrew 179.90 out of my checking account I did not know they were going to do this otherwise I never would have agreed to get their card.

I called the 800 # on my bank statement and with a little prodding I was able to force the rude operator to agree to refund my money I'm only getting 169.90 back but I figure that's better than nothing and I didn't feel like dealing with them anymore. We'll see If I get the refund since they said it was an 8 day process.
