Natura Pet Issued a volountary recall of all dry dog, cat and ferret food with a expiration date on or before March 24. I filled out the required form with UPC and lot codes attached as directed by Natura. He form states that a refund would be issued within 21 days. I finally got a phone call on Fri May 31 stating I would receive a check within 10 days. About 30 mi. Later they called back stating that they would not reimburse me for the product. I don't know where to turn to resolve this issue but I d know tat I refuse to allow any company to treat me so poorly and not pay me for the recalled food. Please direc me tosomeone that can help resolve the situation.
