I purchased an Orgreenic frying pan, based on their television ads and the fact that they offered a lifetime guarantee. I had no idea that the guarantee was useless if i did not buy the pan directly from the company. Why would i do this when i could buy it for the same price locally, and avoid paying s/h charges? Here we are 5 months later, and EVERYTHING sticks to this pan. I followed all instructions, and have only used plastic/rubber utensils; nothing metal. The pan is basically useless after less than 5 months.
