Pdf, where it appears that he was setting up numerous payday companies without the proper licensing. He used a Nevada address. I have reported this to my state Attorney General in MO and will be sharing all of the above listed info with them. I would encourage everyone to report the damages to your bank and to your state Attorney General and close your acct to stop them.
