My grandson ordered a controller on 5/13 he paid 303.99 $50 was paid to expedite transaction. We have not been able to have any communication since. They dont answer phone or return emails. Trying to get money back from discover card. Anything you can do to help will be appreciated. The $50 was supposed to put him ahead of other orders that did not pay that even if they ordered b4 him
