Exactly the same as all the other complaints, but I also got scammed by Action White Pro as well (they are the same company). I live in the UK and tried to contact them within he trial period. Within the trial period they could never find my account when I called, and advised me to call back later. When the trial period had elapsed all of a sudden they were able to find my account, and you guessed it then to be told I was outside the trial period. I have requested details of their regulatory body 10 times so I could launch a complaint, but all I ever get is a standard response.
