I've been bidding for Paypal amounts of money and been recieving what I've won.
My question is who regulates Welmory (trading as Wellbid)? How do I know that the other bidders are not just Wellbid personel posing as bidders to hike the price? They would have nothing to lose by doing so considering the amount they accumulate in bid purchases.
Are they regulated and arethey being observed/
