I was on Amazon when a survey which appeared to be from Amazon popped up after my transaction. I completed this, thought was a safe and legitimate survey, again appeared to be Amazon's. I paid $5.99 for s&h, now have a charge for $98 to my card for the 'FREE' survey gift from Amazon. I am now looking at a $103.99 charge total from this and I had no paperwork to return the item or contact the company. There was no invoice, not representative, nothing. Now in process of getting this reversed or fixed with bank in hopes they can mediate this.
