Address 1 is from a person. At the un/world bank. Compensation. Payment officer. Anyway. The other person. Is at the south african reserve bank. Thay won't me to give this. Person. 275.00. Dollars before thay will do a wire transfer on the 2.5 million dollar's. Thay had me order a per pay visa card. Thay told me if I got this. New visa card. I could. With funds from atms. When I mail him back. That I had the new card. He didn't ask for the account number & the routing number so he could load my funds. He asked for the card number and the 3 digit on the back. And my pin number. The thing is. There s no. Money in that account yet. And I haven't give. Him any of the numbers. I have been trying to get this checked out to make sure its not a. Scam. For the last 180days. Please. Help.
