The office hire me to do a signature pick up for a closing deal with north american title company. Send him eamils when the payment arrived. He told me that lola negrete will answer my replies. She never did, he has an office in ohio and hires notary to do his work, but he does not pay, he never did it to me or told when i will get the payment... Now i will have to go to small claims and get him to pay... Beware of him, do not do any pick up signatures for him
