These people and the services they offer are a total scam. They never contacted my lender to say they represented me, they never tried to obtain a modification but the SURE took my money. NEVER use this company - they will take your money and run. Look at all of the complaints on the internet especially usacomplaints.com. They have an F rating on the BBB. NUMEROUS complaints,
