I mailed a postal money order to this guy certified mail with a signature confirmation reciept for a Garmin 320 with 2 DC30 Collars. It was signed for on 4-17 and cashed. After 3 weeks of getting the runaroud I finally got a tracking number and when it came in it was a 20 year old tri tronics Ecollar worth about 50 bucks! He seemed shocked as his girlfriend/wife had packed the box. Now in week 4 he will not return my calls or text messages.
