I ordered a samplle of eqinox night and day wrinkle serum, and paid the asked for postage.
The company then - 10 days later - took £95 plus £89 from my account without contact from me. I have managed to get £75 plus £69 from them, but unable to retrieve any other monies. I have not received the goods. I know that when I first replied to the offer and gave my credit card details for small amounts for postage, the fraud dept of my bank telephoned me to warn me about the company. I should have heeded them and asked for the transactiona to be declined.
