Placed an order for complete set of the rifleman on April 23 (received e-mail stating item would be receive May 13- 18 2003) as of this date no DVD received. Charge was put on my credit card. Their e-mail says their support department is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week but give you no contact numbers or e-mail address.
