This site is a complete scam! When I purchased and downloaded it, I was automatically infected with "search. Conduit.com" Malware and The "Strongvault Online Backup" virus. The idiot on the phone tried to convince me that it was due to my computer being slow. He tried (unsuccessfully) to get me to upgrade to a higher priced service and then blatantly lied to me. He said that my computer problems needed to be "manually" fixed. I said, "What does the $34.95 "Booster" do?!!!" He kept saying my problem was beyond the capability of their Booster and insisted I needed to upgrade to one one their better packages. He kept pushing the notion of how slow my computer was. THAT was the only truth he spoke during our conversation!!! It was slow when I called, but was 3x slower after the Malware/Virus had been introduced! I told him I wanted my money back. He referred me to an email address and said he couldn't credit the charges back. I told him I wanted to speak to someone in charge! He said I needed to call James Gemes the next day at 1200 EST. It took me four hours out of MY day to clear out those problems that this "so-called" company perpetuated upon me! I'm calling James Gemes tomorrow and that charge had better be removed!
