Upgrading from the GalaxyS2 to the S3 so I sold my S2 to them and was quoted $80 for it. The prepaid package came 2 days later and I checked their website verifying they got the phone and supposedly a check was mailed to me within 2 days of receiving the phone, but no check ever came to me in the mail. Two tickets later all I get are these generic automated replies from "Harold" saying that "Rob Longo" will be assigned to my case and will get in touch with me shortly which of course never happens. There is no way of communicating with this company that makes any sense. No phone number or email addresses are listed, no postal address is listed, all you can do is submit tickets that get generic unanswered responses. On their Facebook page there's a online chat with a representative option, but of course they won't answer you on that either. Been over 2 months now with no answer of any kind from a real human being.
