We have received numerious complaints that customers are purchasing map updates OR new maps for their navigation units, only to not receive them. We believe that Horizon Nav has gone out of business. However, their website is still active and scamming people out of their money for a product or service they (customer) will never recieve. Could you please investigate this website?
