Paid $2.99 to sign up for $10.00 Walmart Card, Mailed $5.00 receipt from Walmart to qualify, then mailed monthly receipts for gas purchases and was supposed to receive $10.00 each for the last 5 months of purchases. Damage is for the $ 2.99 and the mailing fees for the promised refunds.
