I rented a book for valore books, My mother was charged 31.16 for what they considered a damaged book, the book was already in mediocre shape and with yellow markings and bent and torn pages, some how they charged my mother's card was charged for some alleged damage they say I made to the book. I decided that i just do not want to do any kind of business with them any more. I have inquired time and time again about how to update my account information but have yet to get a response. I no longer want to do business with them anymore.
