I signed up for a trial offer of RVTL not knowing that they were going to charge my card $89.00 after 14 days and then charge my card $95.95 2 weeks after that. After some serious online digging I found some buried Terms & Conditions which stated that they would automatically send me additional product every 30 days. Then to boot when I called they claimed that no refund could be made because you need to cancel within the 14 days. But the terms and conditions states that used/unused portions can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restock fee! I was "offered" a refund of 50% only! And then when I attempted to create an online label for return - low and behold the return address is invalid. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card for sure. Very shady deal.
