Tried to cancel membership via telephone and internet to NO avail!
Telephone: Automated recording advises "person at extension... Is unavailable, leave a message", however, the "mailbox is full" and then DISCONNECTS the call! I attempted pressing zero, pound sign to hopefully be connected to an operator when calling back, but it STILL DISCONNECTS your call! My attempts exceeded 20!
Internet: I chose the "Cancel Membership" option and after completing the information required and pressing "Submit", the next screen advises "ERROR"! My attempts in this effort exceeded 20 as well! ALL were "error" failures!
