$30.00 on two different dates 3/20 4/11 and recent attempt 5/15. Total stolen $60.00, last attempt was returned (not payed) to ACH. Also involved (I believe) is First Consumers? Who also took out $369.00 with an ACH check durning this same time frame. How do they get this banking info? How is it possible that someone who doesn't own or know how to operate a computer, filed for a loan on the computer? IMPOSSIBLE, unless someone is claiming to be someone they are not and that still doesn't explain how they know banking info. I wish the federal banking commission would enable consumers to reject these types of tranactions by telling their bank that they are not to cash any ACH drafts, demand drafts. There is no reason for this type of transaction, as you can pay for something with a credit card or debit card. There would be less stress for consumers, especially those caring for the elderly as they are the target of these frauds.
