I cancel a free trial on myfamilyheritage.com by sending an email asking them to cancel. I was still charge... On the day of may fifteen... I ask for a refund of my money on the same day... I wrote lots of letters... According to law once a card has been charge we are allow to ask for our money back within three days... I got no response from this company... I tried wating patiently... At this point i feel like im being ignore... Im not the only one this happen to... What makes it worse they have no phone number...

hi i would not like to extend anything... Please give me a refund... Use your service once... Email u about cancelation pior to charge... I never would have order from u if i knew u did not have a phone. Im hoping what happen to the two below does not happen to me...
