Exact thing happen to me... I wrote to cancel a service that i only use once... Which could not found documents for... The very same day they charge my account... I tried to get my money back... Just useless emails... Thats what pisses people offf when u send them useless emails... I have been waiting for a reply since may 15... Nothing has happen... Now i have to go through my credit card company... Which will take two weeks to get a resolution... Horrible bussiness... Dont just them... Huge ripoff... U will really regret it...
Dont waste your time with this company... Horrible customer service.

Hi i would not like to extend anything... Please give me a refund... Use your service once... Email u about cancelation pior to charge... I never would have order from u if i knew u did not have a phone. Im hoping what happen to the two below does not happen to me...
