After receiving this product I determined I did not need it. I have tried to call and no answering machine to leave a message and I have also sent an email to get a RA#. I have called at various hours throughout the day and still no answer and no return email. Do not order anything from this company. It is a scam. I want my money back and for the BBB to investigate.
