I have been working for this company for three months (3 days a week Mon Wed and Fri from 7am to 9pm) and I have never met the owner. It states in her profile that they do spot checks and that was never done. I did my job to the best of my ability and NO ONE ever came to check on my work. I didn't not vacuum which I found out was part of my job. I cleaned the windows by the 15 of each month which is required. My boss Denise Lawhon whom I have never met called me and informed me that the company was complaining about the windows being streaked. I clean the inside on Mon. And was going to do the outside on Wed which is why it was streaked. This is the way I do the windows every month. Denise informed me by text about the windows and a urinal that was dirty. Of course it was dirty by Wed. I cleaned it on Monday. All of these complaints came after I informed her that I was giving her my 2 week notice. I had planned to find a replacement for me but she inform me that I was lazy and "done". She sent me another text letting me know that she was not going to pay me for my two weeks of work. I believe that she owes me for the days that I worked.
